Complaint Specialist (all genders) in Holualoa, HI.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling complaints for all products manufactured at our Singen production site.

You will review relevant documents such as manufacturing and release documentation for complaint processing, investigate return and complaint samples, query inventory and batch tracking in SAP, and prepare responses to customers.

You will also track CAPAs initiated due to complaints, create and update relevant SOPs, and perform trend analyses for complaints.

Additionally, you will coordinate pest control at the Singen production site.

To be successful in this position, you should have a scientific degree such as a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or PhD, as well as relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control in the pharmaceutical industry.

You should also have extensive knowledge of GMP, excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products, and strong interpersonal skills.

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.

In this role, you will report to the Team Leader Monitoring Quality Compliance.
