Property Manager/Leasing Agent

We are looking for a property manager/ Leasing Agent.

You will assist in the management and the up keep of the property and office to ensure that rent is paid and all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

Also, checking on your maintenance and making sure the work orders are being completed. Over all making sure that the property is keep in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Minimal data entry
• Complete daily office tasks
• Take rental payments
• Work with Maintenance

Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour


Experience level:

• 2 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
