    Financial Office Manager

    Park Square Financial Group in Roswell, GA is seeking a full-time Financial Office Manager. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology.     Position Overview:

    The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Managing Partner by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationships and compliance support.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Financial industry experience required
    • RIA industry experience preferred
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and other CRM Software preferred
    • Previous experience with custodians, preferably Fidelity & Schwab
    • Previous experience working with brokers/dealers preferred
    • Series 6, 7, or 65 preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive incoming client calls in a friendly manner
    • Processing new client applications
    • Input prospects to database
    • Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing, and transferring of accounts)
    • Manage Advisors calendar, keep Advisor organized, and prep for all client meetings
    • Set appointments, reschedule appointments
    • Work with team on any HR issues
    • Keep CRM updated with client interaction and processes
    • Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals
    • Actively work with vendors associated with the firm
    • Superior ability to supervise and motivate team to act towards achieving goals
    • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization

    Salary

    • $70,000-$80,000 BOE

    Benefits

    After six months

    • 100% Healthcare premiums paid
    • 3% company contribution that is 100% vested to the company 401k

    Hours

    • 8:30am-5:00pm M-TH
    • 8:30am-4:00pm F
