ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Preparing and consolidating financial statements
- Establishing and maintaining internal controls
- Managing all aspects of the general ledger
- Treasury Management
- Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearend analyses
- Coordinating or assisting with the budget process
- Researching accounting issues for compliance with GAAP
- Analyzing and reporting cost variances
- Serving as a liaison to external auditors
- Supervising accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accountants
- Preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting
- Project Job Cost Accounting
- International multicurrency transaction experience
- Normally receives mínimal instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
- Uses officeautomated systems to input data and generate reports.
- Checks and verifies cost accounting, account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile difficult accounts.
- Works on assignments that are difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5 +years' experience with progressive accounting /financial reporting
- Federal Government contract accounting experience a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Good Communications Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong working knowledge of Excel)
- Organized, accurate, detailoriented and able to prioritize.
- Must be a highly motivated selfstarter.
- Deltek Costpoint or Similar ERP system experience
- Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies.
- Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment and changes, and more.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
