What exactly is the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program (GNRP): Choose Your Journey?
Start your career as a full-time Professional Staff Nurse at UPMC St. Margaret and participate in a unique Rotational Program where you can explore different units and create your own career path. This program runs three times a year to align with typical graduation seasons.

How does UPMC support its nurses?
What Happens After the GNRP?
Upon program completion, placements are determined based on participant and manager preferences at UPMC St. Margaret.
Shift/Hours: RNs work 12-hour rotating shifts to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
GNs must be eligible for State Board Licensure or have a Temporary Practice Permit before starting. BSN Preferred.
