About the Role:
As an HR Officer, you will provide efficient HR services to MHI-EMEA Duisburg Branch. You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and escalate them when necessary.

While Duisburg Branch has a relatively small workforce, you will work alongside HR colleagues in Munich and London, among others, and be part of the larger MHI group company to ensure that all employees and managers have access to important information about HR processes and procedures.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage the endtoend payroll process and work with a payroll provider
  • Handle benefits administration for MHI-EMEA Duisburg Branch
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs and conducting interviews
  • Collaborate with managers to determine appropriate salary levels through benchmarking
