The Kolping Group Bamberg is a renowned educational service provider with around 350 employees, active in vocational education and related fields in Central and Upper Franconia.

The Kolping educational institutions specialize in vocational education and integration of young people and adults. The educational offerings include measures for career orientation, youth vocational assistance, vocational qualification and integration, and migrant support.

For the implementation of support and remedial teaching within the framework of assisted training, we are looking for a teacher (m/f/d) in the field of industrial electrical professions on a freelance basis (approx. 3 hours per week) for the location Rothenburg starting immediately.

Your tasks:

Conducting support classes tailored to the content taught in vocational school
Teaching theoretical, practical and general education content
Introducing new learning techniques within the framework of remedial teaching
Explaining and clarifying content and connections
Using various methods, especially group and individual lessons, project and group work, assignments and exercises

Requirements:

A completed university degree or vocational school education (e.g. technician) or a completed master or specialist training
Empathy for the needs of young people
