    Job Description

    As the Senior Director of Product and Program Management for HCM/SCM healthcare you will be focused on Oracle's top priority - Revolutionizing healthcare and improving patient outcomes. This is an unusual role in that it has both Product Management and Program management responsibilities. You will be responsible to validate, track, and report on our execution and plans across HCM and SCM for healthcare. In this role you will be working across a virtual organization of over 2000 people. This will require exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence. You will be expected to have a deep knowledge of two of the three following areas: HCM, SCM, EHR. You will also need to have over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

    Responsibilities

    As the Senior Director of Product Management for HCM/SCM healthcare you will have three primary responsibilities:

    1. Review and collaborate on all healthcare features/functions that are built for HCM and SCM. You will be expected to bring your experience in healthcare to validate the business value of our solutions.
    2. Work with Healthcare providers to identify the right resources to review and validate our strategy, designs, and solutions throughout the entire development lifecycle.
    3. Lead author of the execution status of the HCM/SCM Healthcare vertical that is presented to the Senior Executives at Oracle.

    This is a hybrid product management and program management role where you will be expected to validate the broader scope as well as track and report status across both product pillars. As part of this role you will also work with Oracle Health(Cerner), ERP, and other product pillars to track dependencies and coordinate project timelines as required. The right candidate must have strong collaborative skills and is able to influence people in a large Matrix Organization.

    US: Hiring Range: from $160,000 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
