- Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
- Actively monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure project governance and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and project dashboards.
- Coach and mentor team members on project management methodologies and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience on Supply Chain and Manufacturing projects
- Oracle Cloud experience, particularly with SCM and Manufacturing modules
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate effectively on a highly visible, fast-paced project
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
