    Overview:

    Our client is looking for a Project Manager with strong experience and knowledge in Supply Chain and Manufacturing as they move to Oracle Cloud. This person needs to have demonstrated, full lifecycle experience on Supply Chain and Manufacturing projects along with Oracle experience and the ability to effectively drive projects to successful outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
  • Actively monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure project governance and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and project dashboards.
  • Coach and mentor team members on project management methodologies and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent experience as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrated experience on Supply Chain and Manufacturing projects
  • Oracle Cloud experience, particularly with SCM and Manufacturing modules
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate effectively on a highly visible, fast-paced project
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
