Your new workplace is located in a former brewery building in close proximity to the center of Warthausen.

Together with a motivated and innovative team, you will support 125 elderly people in their daily lives at our facility of the Charleston Group.

In addition to full-time care, we also offer short-term and respite care, as well as care for dementia and severely disabled individuals.

The facility is also complemented by four age-appropriate apartments, which we operate as assisted living.

Full-time day shift NURSING MANAGEMENT (M/F/D) 5,000 EURO WELCOME BONUS * YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES Making a real difference * You are responsible for ensuring resident-oriented, individualized nursing and psychosocial care for the elderly * You determine the staffing needs and participate in the selection of personnel * You are responsible for the organization and management of the nursing team, including training and development * You ensure compliance with legal and quality standards and continuously improve processes and procedures * You work closely with other departments and external partners to provide comprehensive care for our residents * You are a role model for our team, promoting a positive work culture and fostering a sense of community and teamwork * You actively contribute to the development and implementation of new concepts and ideas to enhance the quality of care provided * You are responsible for budget planning and management, as well as cost control and optimization * You report directly to the facility management and participate in regular meetings and discussions to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
