Job Summary:


Position is responsible for assisting the Business Manager in maintaining accurate and timely financial information and maintaining the accounting operations.

Position is also responsible for assisting with Human Resources when necessary.


Responsibilities:


  • Pay all Bills according to terms
  • Complete monthly billing into Virtual Gateway system
  • Deposit cash and checks in a timely manner
  • Assist with annual audit and other audits as required (CARF, Quest)
  • Assist in maintaining fiscal and HR files
  • Responsible for maintaining all financial and personnel information in a manner that ensures confidentiality.
  • Assists wil all HR processes
  • Assists wil mailing
  • Learning and assisting with Pay Roll
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibility:
Reports to the Business Manager who reviews personnel and fiscal processes.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Accounting degree in finance or similar. Familiar with reading and preparing financial statements. Must be able to work collaboratively with staff

$ $24.00 per hour
