    Position Overview: Seeking a Director of Construction/Senior Project Executive to lead the team, drive growth, and ensure top-notch quality and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee all construction activities to meet project objectives and financial goals.
    • Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Optimize resource utilization and implement best practices for operational excellence.
    • Promote safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Develop strategic initiatives for market expansion.
    • Mentor and empower a high-performing team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum 15 years of construction management experience.
    • Proven leadership, strategic mindset, and business acumen.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep understanding of construction industry trends and practices.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
