Responsibilities:

Work in an existing team for the scheduling of employees in intensive care/anesthesia and operating rooms
Care for existing customers and generate new customers
Customer acquisition
Customer and employee care
Application of laws, working hours, Federal Leave Act, Protection Against Dismissal Act, Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act, etc.
Social security assessment of employment relationships
Responsibility for personnel planning, personnel development, and shift planning
Selection of applicants through job interviews
Collaboration with facilities in the region

Qualifications:

Training as a personnel service specialist (m/f/d) with a medical background or health and nursing professional (m/f/d) / geriatric nurse (m/f/d) with additional commercial qualification or equivalent qualification
