    Are you ready to take on the role of Patient Services Representative at our practice in Everett, WA? As a vital team member, you will serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking information about our provider's services. Your primary responsibilities will involve organizing daily activities and paperwork within the practice to support our goal of becoming a High-Performance Organization.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and provide guidance both in person and over the phone
    • Schedule and manage patient appointments
    • Maintain a clean work environment
    • Ensure accurate documentation for patient care
    • Meet performance targets set by the Practice Management Dept.
    • Manage inventory according to policies
    • Deliver quality customer service
    • Adhere to safety and privacy regulations
    • Thrive in a team-based setting
    • Adapt to changing environments

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 1+ years of customer service experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years in healthcare
    • 2+ years in patient outreach
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite

    Washington Residents Only: If you're in Washington, expect an hourly rate between $16.54 and $32.55. Compensation is influenced by factors like local markets and experience. In addition to salary, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and incentive programs.
