    At OptumCare, we prioritize compassion and innovative thinking in providing superior health care services. As an Associate Patient Care Coordinator at Optum, you play a vital role in supporting the care team's vision and mission while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to Lean processes.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 6:30AM - 7:00PM (40-hour work week), schedule to be determined by management.

    Location: The Everett Clinic Hoyt Avenue, Everett, WA

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • First point of contact for patients, setting the tone for a positive experience
    • Exhibiting empathy, courtesy, and efficiency while scheduling appointments and procedures
    • Utilizing various systems to fulfill patient needs and verify information
    • Educating patients on insurance and referral details

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
    • 1+ years of customer service and receptionist experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years in a healthcare setting with knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
    • Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and means of transportation
