Primary Job Duties
- Organize, track, build, and maintain case files.
- Prepare standard legal forms, pleadings, declarations, trial briefs and binders, exhibit binders, reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain contact with involved parties.
- Prepare and respond to legal requests and subpoenas.
- Maintain deadlines and schedules according to legal procedures.
- Schedule appointments and court dates.
- Assist with hearing and trial preparation.
- Handle various tasks like client intake, answering calls, and collections.
Education/Experience
- Minimum 3 years of family law experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles.
- Critical thinking, planning, and organizing skills required.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in multiple software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Expected weekly hours: Minimum 40 hours
