We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and provide support in maintaining organized and efficient operations.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in order entry and processing
- Provide customer support through phone and email communication
- Support event planning and project coordination efforts
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
