    This role will focus on:

    As an Assembler within our brand-new WM, America Manufacturing Inc. site, you will be instrumental in the success of our products being at or above our customers' requirements and standards. Accordingly, you will be responsible for product movement, monitoring and identifying quality issues to achieve required quality standards. You will be involved in proposing continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities for the business to excel, and for you to feel proud of your daily accomplishments.

    The key areas of focus include:

  • Assisting with 5S and Safety tasks associated with good manufacturing practices

  • Manufacturing of Peristaltic Pumps and Tubing-based Single Use assemblies

  • Collecting and recording relevant process data

  • Assisting engineering with validation and experimental activities

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the manufacturing process and working with team members to recommend and implement solutions
    • To be successful in this role, youwill need:
  • Be organized, methodical, resilient and approachable with strong communication skills.

  • Be delivery focused with strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.

  • Can effectively and appropriately challenge others.

  • Can use personal initiative to work collaboratively as one team with a "can do" approach.

  • Experience of manual assembly techniques.

  • Awareness of cGMP requirements.
