    This role will focus on:
    Role Summary
    As an Assembler within our brand-new WM, America Manufacturing Inc. site, you will be instrumental in thesuccess of our products being at or above our customers' requirements andstandards. Accordingly, you will be responsible for product movement,monitoring and identifying quality issues so to achieve required qualitystandards.

    You will be involved in proposing continuous improvement initiativesand opportunities for the business to excel, and for you to feel proud of yourdaily accomplishments.

    You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations, which will allow you to safely operate machinery and use resources appropriately.

    You as an Assembler will aim to be as efficient and consistent as possible when putting together a product with excellent eye-hand coordination.


    To be successful in this role, youwill need:
    Be organized, methodical, resilient and approachable with strong communication skills.
    Be delivery focused with strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
    Can effectively and appropriately challenge others.
    Can use personal initiative to work collaboratively as one team with a "can do" approach.
    Experience of manual assembly techniques.
    Awareness of cGMP requirements.
    Experience of working in a clean environment.
