- Plaintiff side personal injury law firm is in need of a prelitigation Case Manager to join our friendly, hardworking team. We offer a great working environment with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
Job duties include:
- Interview potential new clients
- Monitor client's medical treatment
- Settle property damage claims
- Extensive communication with attorney, clients and insurance adjusters
- Correspond and communicate with medical providers
- Draft letters and settlement demands with detailed analysis of cases
- Negotiate settlements
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Travel requirement:
- No travel
Experience:
- plaintiff side personal injury case management: 3 years (required)
Work Location:
In person
