Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform heavyduty cleaning tasks such as cleaning and stripping floors and shampooing carpets, cleaning windows from ladders, pressure washing exterior walls and walkways.
• Clean and sanitize all assigned areas, especially bathrooms and kitchens.
• Dust furniture, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum two years experience in residential house cleaning.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and floor care machines.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• California Drivers License

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
