- Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to showcase our packaging solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to secure new business partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide proactive customer support, address any issues or concerns promptly, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, production, and logistics, to coordinate efforts and deliver on customer expectations.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
- Forecast sales projections, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance our product offerings, improve processes, and deliver added value to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Proven, consistent track record of successful selling, ideally in the verticals we have established.
