Administrative Publisher Service Representative (m/f/d):


  • The Magdeburg Media Group and the Mitteldeutsche Zeitung Media Group are part of the Bauer Media Group and are among the largest and most traditional media companies in Germany. Both media groups consist of a regional network of companies in the media and service industries. They produce, among other things, the daily newspapers "Volksstimme" in Magdeburg and "Mitteldeutsche Zeitung" in Halle.
  • We are growing and are looking for a
    Administrative Publisher Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team at our locations in Magdeburg or Halle as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:


  • Invoicing for publishing products and services
  • Processing customer inquiries regarding subscription, advertisement, postal services, and inserts, including invoice corrections
  • Communication with relevant departments on specific topics

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training and professional experience in the commercial sector
  • Diligent, structured, solutionoriented, and independent work style
  • Strong team and customer orientation
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
