  • Provide telephone support to new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones
  • Coordinate with sales and operational departments
  • Act as a competent point of contact for our customers and maintain regular communication with our global partners

  • You take responsibility and provide our customers with topnotch service
  • Your organizational skills help you navigate the international transportation landscape
  • You are a strong communicator, interested in other countries/cultures, and skilled at networking
  • You value both independent work and creative collaboration in a team
  • You have completed a degree in freight forwarding/logistics, can communicate in English, and are comfortable using various information and communication tools or are willing to learn new ones
