Experience: 3+ years of proven success as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager.

  • Extensive ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge in Excel, Word and Quickbooks is a must.
  • Preparing Proposals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including timely correspondence
  • Follow
- up capabilities without reminders

  • Knowledge of plumbing plans and DOB Procedures recommended (will train if necessary)
  • NYS or Commissioner of Deeds notary is recommended


Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable; prior knowledge of AIA requisitions for payment; review and reconcile vendor statements.

From $23.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (preferred)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Brooklyn, NY 11230: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
