The Analyst, Workday & Benefits Operations role is an exciting opportunity to join a global, dynamic team at a highly successful, forward-thinking interactive entertainment company.
This is a hands-on role to support an enterprise-wide initiative to optimize how we use Workday and also support the Global Benefits team with benefits time off leave operations for 12 000 employees in 27 countries.
Ensure changes to Workday benefits time off leave plans are documented for ongoing team business as usual processing and to support the employee experience.
+Qualifications
+- Proficiency in Workday across benefits plans reporting/integrations time offs leaves plans
- Intermediate Excel analytical VLOOKUP pivots etc skills
