Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. _Other duties may be assigned_.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Morrisville location, including data entry, scheduling, meeting planning, and coordination of daily activities.
- Act as a liaison between the internal departments, and external contacts to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating executive meetings and company events, including preparation of meeting materials and logistics.
- Support HRrelated administrative tasks, such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential documents and information related to HR and executive management with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Assist the GM with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of three years' related experience in administrative with HR responsibilities required.
LANGAUGE SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high paced and at times stressful environment.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Pay:
$ $24.75 per hour
