- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with specification requirements.
- Review contractual quality requirements with program quality engineering.
- Review and approve process procedures and instructions.
- Perform data analysis of quality performance trends.
- Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience or equivalent.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing work instructions for compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Shop floor experience in welding, machining, and NDT.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality principles.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
