Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and expirenced Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in Deep cleans or Move in move out cleaning preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Excellent time management skills to ensure completion of assigned tasks within designated timeframes

Skills:

Cleanliness: Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Porter: Knowledge of porter duties including cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.
Buffing: Proficiency in using buffing machines to restore shine to floors.
Commercial cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial buildings or facilities.
Facilities maintenance: Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks.
Custodial: Familiarity with custodial duties such as cleaning restrooms and common areas.
Maintain: Ability to keep facilities clean and presentable at all times.
Floor care: Knowledge of floor care techniques including waxing, buffing, and polishing.
Industrial cleaning: Experience in cleaning industrial settings using specialized equipment.
