    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and execute delicious and nutritious menus that cater to the unique dietary needs of seniors
    • Lead a talented culinary team with passion and positivity
    • Foster a warm and inviting dining atmosphere where residents feel cherished and appreciated
    • Collaborate with residents to incorporate their preferences and feedback into menu planning
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and dietary guidelines

    What We're Looking For:

    • Culinary wizardry and a flair for creativity in the kitchen
    • A servant leader who puts the well-being of residents and team members first
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and staff
    • Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety standards
    • Previous experience in a senior living or hospitality setting preferred
