Provides analytical and administrative support to PMA-261 for both contractor and government personnel including the H-53 Director of Logistics, CH-53K Assistant Program Manager of Logistics, the Product Support Team Leader, and their deputies in developing the logistic support program for this acquisition program.


Responsibilities include:

The gathering and correlation of information for the preparation and development of presentations to support team meetings, management reviews, logistics team reviews, audits, and other requests for presentation/briefing information.

Preparation and development of presentations will range in scope from detailed in-house briefings to Senior Executive type briefings outside the supported organization.

The preparation, scheduling and documentation of logistics meetings, modification review meetings, maintenance engineering logistics reviews, critical parts reviews, affordable readiness initiatives, logistics documentation reviews, logistics data calls, logistics VTCs, logistics WebEx and conference calls or other-directed program meetings, conferences, VTCs, teleconferences, or technical coordination meetings or reviews.

Coordinate and consolidate Monthly Status Report submissions. Process Travel Request documents in support of the CH-53K Supportability Team.


Location:
Lexington Park, MD


Education:
High School Diploma or GED.


Experience: 2-3 years related experience. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products. Employee will be trained to produce government messages using Common Message Processor (CMP). Infrequent travel required. Familiarity with Naval Air Systems Command is preferred.


Security Clearance:
Secret or must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
