Our
fast-paced pediatric office is seeking an energetic individual to join our front desk team to support 9 providers and over 5000 patients.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
What you'll be doing:
- Pleasantly greet patients and determine purpose of visit
- Collect registration forms, verify insurance information and update any new information
- Schedule patients based on predetermined appointment arrangements
- Prepare patient charts prior to appointment
- Answer incoming calls on multiline phone system, respond to inquiries and relay messages to appropriate party
- Maintain clean and organized patient waiting area
Who are you?
- Someone who is professional, passionate, and positive.
- Have several years of experience providing excellent customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and articulate verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform detailed work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
