About the Role:.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a robust quality system within our small but ambitious organization. You'll provide technical guidance and expertise to our team of inspectors and technicians, ensuring consistent quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
Conduct and oversee product testing and inspections according to established standards.
Analyze test data, identify non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
Lead investigations into quality issues and identify root causes.
Provide technical guidance and support to inspectors and technicians on quality procedures and best practices.
Maintain and update quality control documentation.
Stay up-to-date on relevant industry standards and regulations.
Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a process or validation engineering role, with some transition into quality control.
Strong understanding of material science principles relevant to your industry.
Experience developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
Proficiency with quality control tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide gentle supervision and technical guidance to a team.
Experience working in a small, fast-paced environment is a plus.
