Epic Implementation Analyst / Subject Matter Expert

Now seeking Epic Implementation Analysts for a health system that has recently acquired two community hospitals and associated clinics, which will be migrating to Epic EHR. Client seeks to engage a team of consultants to supplement existing Epic team to assist with the optimization of existing build, as well as the implementation, execution and testing of the new build.

Responsibilities

Participation in the planning, execution and status reporting on all key build efforts, including: walk throughs with each department / specialty group to accurately capture workflows, thorough documentation of build design/specification and configuration, work closely with internal client teams to streamline existing workflows and new build

Participation in the planning, execution, and status reporting on all key testing efforts, including: application, integrated, charge/parallel revenue cycle testing, and validation testing

Epic Modules for Support Include:

Grand Central, Cadence, Prelude, Resolute, HIM, Security, Reporting
Clin Doc, Orders, Willow, ASAP, Behavioral Health, Infection Control, Healthy Planet, OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, Beaker, Cupid, Wound Care, Beacon, Ambulatory, Care Everywhere, MyChart

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting Epic modules, including the design/specification, configuration, testing, and execution of build

Must have experience in 2+ previous Epic implementations and build work

Epic Certification

Logistics

Must be willing to travel on-site as needed (Client located in CA)

Working in PST time zone

Start Date mid-July

Estimated 15-month duration
