Description

We are a CPA firm looking for a Biller who can correctly put together invoices and ensure that funds are collected per those invoices.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate the collection process.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
  • Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
  • Ensure that collection activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor customer accounts for changes in payment status.
  • Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates.
  • Experience with Ultra Tax & Accounting
  • Experience working at a CPA Firm or Law Firm is a must

Pay:
$51, $56,243.00 per year
