Description
We are a CPA firm looking for a Biller who can correctly put together invoices and ensure that funds are collected per those invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the collection process.
- Maintain and update customer accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
- Ensure that collection activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor customer accounts for changes in payment status.
- Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates.
- Experience with Ultra Tax & Accounting
- Experience working at a CPA Firm or Law Firm is a must
Pay:
$51, $56,243.00 per year
