Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver expert nursing care within an intensive care setting, providing critical support to patients in need of advanced monitoring and interventions. This role involves supervising nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to established care standards and protocols. Utilize your clinical judgment and leadership skills to create and implement individualized care plans that promote patient recovery and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned ICU patients, adhering to established standards and nursing processes.
Supervise and direct nursing team members, delegating tasks appropriately to ensure efficient care delivery.
Collect and analyze patient health data, develop diagnoses, and implement intervention plans.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to create a humane and healing care environment.
Provide education and health information to patients, families, and staff to promote understanding and ongoing care.
Participate actively in discharge planning to support continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with ICU clinical experience.
Proven ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.

Flexibility to work within a float pool environment, including education and non-productive hours.
