    POSITION TITLE: Sales Representative
    LOCATION: El Paso, TX
    FLSA: Exempt
    Hire Pay: $45,000.00 annually
    Classification: Full time

    ABOUT US:
    Founded in 2008, DLP Services originated in Del Rio, Texas, specializing initially in commercial janitorial services. Over the years, we have expanded to offer Facility Maintenance, Rental Services, Staffing Services, and General Construction. DLP Services has experienced rapid growth, with presence in Del Rio, San Antonio, Eagle Pass, Weslaco, Laredo, Yuma, and El Paso. We take pride in serving a diverse clientele across various sectors, including government, Automotive Dealerships, Schools, Banks, and Medical facilities, all while maintaining high-quality service standards.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Expand current customer base by acquiring new business.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships.
    • Identify and engage in networking events, job fairs, and face-to-face interactions to attract new clients.
    • Utilize Linked In and other social media platforms for research purposes.
    • Identify potential customers through various channels such as business directories, client referrals, and industry events.
    • Collaborate with team members to share sales strategies and market insights.
    • Effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Perform additional duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Demonstrate a positive professional demeanor with strong ethics and teamwork mentality.
    • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
    • Adaptability to changing environments.
    • Open to feedback for enhancing sales performance.
    • Capable of handling confidential information and thriving in fast-paced scenarios.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and active listening abilities.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally.
    • Proficient in preparing professional proposals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to grammar.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Computer proficiency required.
    • Bilingual proficiency is a must.
    SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
    Supervised by the Operations Manager, with the ability to work independently.
    WORKING CONDITIONS:
    Main responsibilities entail working both indoors and outdoors.
    ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:
    Mandatory pre-employment drug screening in place as per DLP Staffing's Drug Free Workplace Policy.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3-5 years of successful sales experience.
    • Extensive knowledge in customer relations, marketing, and managing the sales process.
    • Independent, self-motivated, and organized mindset.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • Ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Pass background and drug tests.
    Other: Valid Drivers' License Class C
