- A minimum of 1 year of previous experience upgrading machines and deploying new systems. Prior experience with a Windows 11 upgrade strongly preferred.
- Previous technical support experience. Provide support via in-person, phone and email on a variety of tasks related to system upgrades and other areas of desktop support.
- Team Player. The individual in this role needs to be able to jump in and assist the team in different areas as needed.
- Excellent Communicator. Execute quickly and provide necessary communication to the team, both written and verbal.
