    Description
    • Track Logistics sales and cost by maintaining tracking files and collecting logistics cost and volume data; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies;
    • Perform audits of Logistics supplier invoices and Process supplier invoices and process documents to support internal payment application process;
    • Work with NACC operations team to review processes focusing on identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities aimed at quality, safety and cost initiatives;
    • Monitor, measure, and manage the performance of all Logistics service providers and vendors;
    • Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met;
    • Support activities in developing annual budgets and reporting on actual vs. budget performance throughout the year;
    • Participate in import/ export compliance activities and reporting;
    • Support rollout and implementation activities during the launch of new programs;
    • Participates in process/rating improvement efforts;
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or Business Management
    • 3-5 years-experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing or Transportation related fields
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English language
    • Ability to communicate clearly in English, other language skills would be beneficial
    • Strong communication, organization, coordination skills and time management
    • Ability to resolve problems and provide prompt feedback with identified corrective actions
