As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpet Installer to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Remove existing flooring materials and prepare the surface for carpet installation.
- Cut, trim, and seam carpets to fit the designated area accurately.
- Install carpet padding and secure carpets in place using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure all seams are properly sealed, and edges are finished to perfection.
- Address any customer concerns or questions throughout the installation process, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpet Installer, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of carpet materials, installation methods, and tools.
- Ability to accurately measure and assess project requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Outstanding customer service skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy carpet rolls and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program is a plus.
