As the Customer Service Representative, you will determine eligibility, process orders successfully, and build reliable, trusting relationships with those wishing to move forward with the products and services recommended.

To Nail The Customer Service Representative Position You Must:

  • Understand each consumer needs and tailor unique solutions reinforcing the benefits of our service, product offerings, and enrollment process
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing office results as needed
  • Building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and comprehensive knowledge of our client's services
  • Communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and sincerity and process orders quickly and efficiently
  • Use provided resources and customer service tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs in our commitment to maintaining the first point of contact resolution
  • Meet and exceed performance standards set by Senior Management that include customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

We'll Be Looking For Our Customer Service Representative To Have:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is ideal
  • Proven success in customer service, sales, client facing, and consultative sales environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with the Customer Service Representative team to achieve common targets
  • Passion for people and developing genuine relationships
  • Enjoys a fastpaced (fun) working environment
  • Reliable and able to work flexible fulltime hours
  • Innovative, professional with customers, mindful, and empathetic

Pay:
$41, $53,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
