As a Postdoctoral Fellow in Bioinformatics, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Integrate single-cell multiomic datasets (genomes, transcriptomes, phenotypes) to understand the genetic basis of complex diseases and develop new experimental and computational tools.
  • Analyze data from largescale functional genomic screens (Perturbseq/TAPseq/ICS/FACS) by creating novel computational tools for causal inference, multiomic modeling, and utilizing AI/ML.
  • Develop generative models to predict higherorder phenotypes from sequence using multiomic functional
