We are looking for:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader for the position of
Head of Sales and Key Account Management (m/f/d) in Valdosta, GA.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading our sales team and creating structures to effectively serve our B2B customers.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for planning and implementing the sales strategy to promote growth in our business relationships
  • Negotiating contracts with our B2B customers and maintaining existing contacts
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by managing orders, requests, and issues from our customers
  • Leading and developing our sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Identifying new sales channels and opportunities, as well as expanding into new markets
  • Planning and implementing measures to increase brand awareness

Your profile:


  • Several years of experience in sales and B2B customer management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strategic thinking and experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in leading teams and developing employees
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
