Description
Position Summary:
The driver is responsible for transporting clients to and from the program as pre-arranged.
Job Functions and Duties:
- Transport clients safely and on schedule to and from program.
- Ability to maintain concentration and alertness to surroundings.
- Ability to make accurate and timely observations and respond safely and appropriately during potential emergency situations.
- Schedule and upkeep of vehicle maintenance and safety
- Provide weekly maintenance and mileage logs
Qualifications:
- Must possess a clean driving record.
The following education requirements:
a) A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or
b) A completed associate's degree and two years' experience in the provision of appropriate services to youth; or
c) A high school diploma and five years' experience in the provision of appropriate services to youth.
Appropriate services to youth includes:
volunteer work, community work, or relevant work experience.
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Experience level:
- 5 years
