Shower Door Project Coordinator Position Description:We are seeking a Shower Door Project Coordinator for our Residential division. This position would support our Shower Door & Mirror Manager.


Shower Door Project Coordinator Principal Responsibilities:

  • Prepare estimates for glass and mirrors, including hardware & labor
  • Complete drawings for shower door ordering
  • Assist with ordering material within the RFMS software system
  • Maintain department project list
  • Process job cards
  • Create and maintain installer and measure weekly schedules and monitor to take advantage of logístical opportunities
  • Gather and provide project information for installers each day
  • Verify new project information is correct and collect missing information
  • Assist with receiving orders
  • Assist with maintaining stock products
  • Assist with tracking the project status
  • Prepare job for closeout and billing
  • Understand product lines, warranties, and installation guidelines
  • Maintain constant communication with internal builders' sales, general contractors, retail customers, and field installation team
  • Participate in all team meetings

Other Duties As Assigned:

Performs other related duties as assigned including supporting team members in the completion of their work for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the business.


Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of the shower door or glass industry is preferred
  • The ability to read blueprints, shower door specs, schedules and transfer to a competitive bid
  • Highly organized and the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with strong followup skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to use good judgment, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Attention to detail when gathering information and working closely with the Interior Design team
  • Capacity to handle situations with a calm demeanor and approach
  • Teamoriented mindset

Experience:


  • Experience in constructionrelated activities is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other internetbased programs such as Google Drive

Education:


  • A twoyear degree is preferred
