    This position reports to the Honeywell Government End Use (GEU) Space and Advanced Tech Pricing Manager within the Aerospace Pricing organization and will be responsible for providing pricing leadership for GEU business activity.

    Day to day pricing support will include financial analysis and proposal recommendations for a variety of products, services and customers across multiple D&S business segments.

    The candidate will be expected to lead, coordinate and develop pricing recommendations and strategies for review and approval by business management and ensure compliance with US government and UK MOD contracting regulations as related to large complex Government proposals.

    Support will include ad hoc model building in excel, regular attendance at segment opportunity review meeting, provide connectivity between the Pricing organization and business segment leaders to ensure product strategies are integrated into pricing.

    Additionally, this position will lead the assignment of pricing activities to teammates within the pricing organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain inputs required to complete pricing activities, and present financial green sheets to Upper management in order to obtain required approvals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Driving top line and bottom line growth through the preparation of sound business and financial analysis that is properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value and price measurement.
    • Lead Pricing team during preparation of complex FAR12 & FAR15 TINA compliant proposals for prime contractors and US Government agencies.
    • Build ad hoc financial models to properly project demands and program requirements in order to measure financial results.
    • Managing intricate financial Greensheet models and preparing financial summaries to include in business case packages.

    Contributing to the development of the business case, competitive assessment, risk mitigation and negotiation strategy in support of customer business proposals.


    • Ability to articulate proposals elements to DCAA/ DCMA during audit, and prime contractors at fact-finding.
    • Lead Pricing negotiation support to customer business teams.
    • Developing positive working relationships within Pricing and other functions supporting the business.
    • Driving organizational excellence (productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies and skill development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing six sigma plus tools and training.
    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    • 5 years of transferable work experience.
    • 2 years of relevant pricing experience.
    • Prior Government Contracting experience.

    WE VALUE:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    • FAR 15 and FAR 12 experience
    • Strong financial modeling skills as demonstrated by the ability to create pricing structures and P&L analysis with multiple scenarios
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from large/abstract data sets and summarize for executive consumption
    • Demonstrated executive-level experience in data management, financial analysis, IT/digital tools
    • Results-focused with a successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution
    • Experience leading a global team with demonstrated results
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
    • Understanding ERPs/data systems
    • Demonstrated experience and understanding linking price and business strategy
    • Price management tools experience preferred: PROS software, Deal Desk, Tableau-based tools
    • Strong self-starter who can manage tasks with little guidance
    • Proactive and proficient communicator with good listening skills
    • Logical thinking ability with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them
    • Experience working with teams across multiple sites/time zones; ability to develop effective working relationships and highly responsive
    • Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel, SFDC, Propricer, SAP, and Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects (BO)
