- Utilize joint logistics procedures, processes, and regulations.
- Analyze aerostat helium use data, forecasting requirements, and navigating the Defense Logistics Agency – Energy (DLA-E) polices to obtain helium support.
- Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
- Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree (desired).
- 3 plus working with any aerostat larger than 20 meters in length (desired).
- Minimum of 5 years, 10 years (desired), of experience with military logistics efforts.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in processing equipment transportation requests and material requisitions, tracking inventory, and managing Government property requirements.
- Experience preparing documentation for the Joint Planning and Execution System (JOPES) database (desired).
- At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. (desired)
