    Job Title: Process Analyst at Entergy Services, LLC

    Location: New Orleans, LA

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Process Analyst role at Entergy Services involves producing reports and creating/maintaining processes related to advanced metering infrastructure within the Advanced Metering Operations Center. This position collaborates with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of advanced metering operations, including tasks such as energy-usage data delivery, remote meter operations, and process automation.

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain and optimize business processes and operating procedures for the AMOC
    • Act as a liaison between AMOC and IT stakeholders
    • Develop and manage business requirements for IT needs in the AMOC
    • Create operational reports to analyze trends in AMI processes
    • Participate in user acceptance testing of AMI solutions
    • Conduct process audit activities
    • Support key enterprise systems of the AMOC
    • Track AMI data to identify operational efficiencies
    • Provide labor performance insights to AMOC manager
    • Offer operational incident response support as needed
    • Adhere to Service Management processes

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience
    • BS in business, management information systems, computer science or engineering preferred
    • Masters degree preferred

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

    • Analyst I: 0-2 years of experience
    • Analyst II: 2-4 years of experience
    • Analyst III: 4-6 years of experience
    • Analyst Sr: At least 6 years of experience
    • Preferred: 5 years experience in utility operations, IT operations, or project management

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

    • Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

      • Preferred:

    • Ability to introduce new solutions, work with minimal oversight, and communicate effectively
    • Strong understanding of utility business processes and technology
    • Experience in developing operational reports and using reporting tools
    • Knowledge of database tools and utility operations systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project scheduling software

    Additional Responsibilities

    As a provider of essential services, the company expects employees to be flexible in working hours and duties during emergencies or storms. Exempt employees may need to work extra hours without additional compensation.
