Description

We, Zettler Bau GmbH, are a medium-sized construction company with approximately 100 employees. Our range of services includes high-rise, civil, and timber construction, as well as carpentry and renovation of old buildings, up to turnkey residential and commercial construction. We are currently seeking motivated and qualified employees for our continuously growing company.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination and review of incoming inquiries

Consulting with customers, clients, and engineering/architectural offices

Internal meetings to discuss created calculations with employees

Reviewing tender documents and projects

Conducting surveys (property inspections, plan reviews, etc.)

Involving internal and external experts

Preparing performance specifications for property inquiries with quantity determination

Creating calculations with labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs

Negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors

Handing over projects to construction managers (in case of contract award)

Your profile:

Are you a civil engineer, architect, construction technician, or have acquired comparable knowledge through technical training?

You already have practical experience and want to contribute to the development of our company.

You appreciate flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
