Your role:

  • You will lead (strategic) projects in the field of digitalization and Industry 4.0 in Friedens, PA and contribute to making digitalization part of our DNA
  • You will lead interdisciplinary project teams with a variety of stakeholders and create/strengthen networks between Operations, Research & Development, and IT
  • You will independently plan, manage, and report on your projects and be responsible for their successful implementation
  • You will actively shape the necessary change processes and contribute to guiding our production sustainably and profitably into the digital age

Your profile:

  • An aboveaverage degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or one of the STEM disciplines
  • Proven experience in project management (certification desired)
  • High affinity for IT systems and manufacturing processes, combined with a quick understanding of complex issues
  • Experience in managing change processes
  • Strong communication skills to convey information to a wide range of different recipients
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and additional knowledge of SAP (PP)
  • Independent, structured, and analytical way of working
